Support Request: Translation of Webpages

Description

Hello,

We use your product on our public computers at our Visitor Center in the Town of Estes Park. Recently, we had a couple from Germany stop in to use our computers to access free internet and they were unable to get webpages to translate into German. Is there a work around for getting pages to translate? I read on a forum that your company does not recommend doing this as it circumnavigates the filtering process. Do you have any suggestions for how to translate a page and maintain filtering for undesirable websites? Being a gateway town to Rocky Mountain National Park, we have thousands of international visitors each year and would like to translate webpages if it does not compromise web filtering.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

You can go into your configuration and go to content filter > customize and uncheck translation tools or you can also add specific web pages/URLs by adding them in the URLs excluded from filtering
