Support Request: Best way to run Video?

Description

Hi I'm trying to host video on my Android Touchscreen and have done so via Site Caster. I have two questions;

1) Is this the best way to do and does the video cache locally I assume so it's not constantly downloading?

2) When I try upload the original video (~50MB) I get an error message. I had to downformat to 25MB to make it work but the quality is too poor now.

What do you suggest?

Thank you for your patience. Regarding to the first question, SiteCaster downloads your content and does not retrieve it repeatedly. Only changes that you make to the content is downloaded when you publish new content to the device or you would have changed the start page settings of SiteKiosk locally. On the second question, there is no limit to the file size which could be uploaded to your project but the storage limit of your team. You can find this limit at "Disk space usage" click Administration Tab (on the left) ->Licensing Tab (on top). Or when reviewing your SiteCaster projects, you can monitor your "free space" close to the top right corner of your screen. Be mindful that you also have a data transfer limit. This also can be found on the Licensing page.

On the matter of the upload issue, I was able to replicate the issue and it was rectified as of now. You should be able to upload the first version of your video. You have many ways to show your videos. You can upload a video file or you can use a web embedded version with a webpage element. You can choose to loop your videos or add video controls in the element properties. The choices are yours based on your project needs.
