Support Request: Onscreen keyboard stays open when screensaver activates

Reproduction

Whenever onscreen keyboard is left open - stays open when screensaver launches.
IE Version no applicable on Android, but couldn't submit report without entering it - version is the Android Browser version number.

Description

If left open, the onscreen keyboard does not automatically close when the screensaver launches, instead it stays on top of the screensaver.
A similar problem also manifests when tapping on blank space of webpages outside of keyboard - the keyboard usually self-closes, but does not within SiteKiosk. This problem has only been happening since upgrading Android to 4.4.2 on HP Slate 21 - it did not happen on previous version of Android with same version of SiteKiosk.
Is this a known issue?

Hello, unfortunately, those problems are not reproducible. They might be specific to the HP Slate tablet which we do not have for testing. A range of other tablets with different Android 4.x versions does not show any of the two problems you described. You might check the keyboard settings under Android. Maybe the update changed some of those settings. If for example the default keyboard is not used you might try switching back to that.
